Can I tweak my order?

We’ll get started on your order right away, so it’s a bit tricky to make any changes after you place it. But please reach out to us ASAP (info@beamo-studio.com) so we can see what we can do!

Can I cancel my order?

We’ll get started on your order as soon as possible, but unfortunately, we can’t cancel it once it’s placed. It would be a shame to waste the product and time we’ve already invested, so please make sure you’re absolutely certain about the product you want before making your purchase.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

We make every product just for you! So, your order should be ready to ship within 1-7 days after you buy it.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Here are the estimated shipping times for your order:

Please remember that these are just estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to make sure your package arrives quickly, but once it’s with the postal service, delivery is out of our hands and delays can happen.

Shipping starts after you get your shipping confirmation email, not when you place your order. All orders need 1-7 business days to be made before they can be shipped. Once your order is ready, you’ll get a confirmation with tracking details, and that’s when the shipping time starts.

How much is shipping?

We have a wide variety of products in different sizes and weights, so the shipping costs can vary. To get an accurate estimate of shipping costs for your specific order, just add the items you want to your cart and go to checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We’ve got shipping spots in the EU. When you order, we find the closest place to ship from to make sure your stuff gets there as fast as possible.

But here’s the thing: we keep stock in different places, so sometimes an item might be shipped from a different facility if there’s not enough at your nearest location. And in rare cases, your order might even come in a few shipments. But don’t fret, we’ll send you tracking info for each package if that happens!

Can I return my order?

We make each item just for you, right here in your country or nearby, using local factories. This way, we can get your stuff faster, avoid import taxes, and help local economies, all while cutting down on our carbon footprint.

Now, here’s the thing: since we make everything locally, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. But if your product arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry, we’ll happily replace it for free!

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
